How it works
Three steps, from empty list to full room.

Paste the list you already have.
Copy the names from WhatsApp or Excel and paste them in. PlusOne picks out names, plus-ones and tiers, and only asks about the lines it isn't sure of. Then give everyone their quota.

Lock it when doors open.
One tap and the list is closed. Staff can't add anyone after that. Admins and the door still can.

Run the door.
Search a name and tap to check in. Refuse someone with a reason, or add a guest on the spot. It all works with or without signal.
Everything it does
One system for the list, the door, and the log.
- Quick add from one field: type "Juri Braakman +2 vip" and it picks out the name, plus-ones and tier as you type.
- Paste a whole WhatsApp list. Lines it isn't sure about are flagged for a one-tap check, and the rest go straight in.
- Tiers per event, with your own nicknames for them that quick add understands.
- Plus-ones as +N. Extra guest details are optional, never required.
- Contacts and Regulars: save a guest to add them again later, or make them a Regular so they're on every list automatically.
- Check-in keeps working without signal, and you can always see whether everything has gone through.
- Search runs on the phone itself and copes with typos. Same name twice? Tell them apart by who added them, their tier or the last 4 digits of their phone number.
- One tap to check in, and a counter for how many of their +N actually came.
- Refuse with a reason, which is required. Add a guest on the spot, within quota.
- Tasks and priority flags per guest that the door has to confirm, and that confirmation is recorded.
- Guests who are inside fade and move below an Inside line. Live counts for on the way and inside.
- A quota per person, adjustable per event. Staff ask for more in the app, and an admin approves or declines.
- List lock, with clear rules on who can still make changes.
- Audit log of who did what to which guest, and when. Filter it, or open the full history of one guest.
- Nothing is deleted for good. Removed guests stay in the history until their details are anonymised.
- A public sign-up page per event. It's protected against spam and never shows who is already on the list.
- Several sign-up links per event. Cap them, pause them or let them expire, with automatic approval if you want it.
- Promotion screen: sign-ups and turnout per event, plus a leaderboard of the promoters who really bring people in.
- A public stats page, so a promoter can check their own numbers.
- A status page for guests, so they can see where their request stands without asking anyone.
- Roles per venue: Admin, User Manager, Finance (read only, sees everything), Organiser, Staff, Door host.
- One person can have several roles.
- Outside crew: add an artist or guest organiser to a single event.
- Create a venue yourself. Accounts are by invite only, so nobody gets in without one.
- Live turnout, arrivals per 15 minutes, and a breakdown by tier and by who added them.
- Totals for the whole venue: turnout, guests added, check-ins, refusals.
- Log in with a code by email, no password. Switch on two-factor login for the roles you choose.
- Works in the browser. The Android app is on Google Play, and the iPhone app is on its way.
- GDPR: you choose how long guest details are kept, a data processing agreement is available, and anonymisation runs automatically.
