Do I need a card to start?
No. PlusOne is invite only for now, so request a free trial and we'll send your invite. We ask for payment details when you decide to keep going.
What happens when the trial ends?
You can't create new events or invite people until you pick a plan. Everything you already planned keeps working, the door included, so nobody's stuck at the entrance.
How do I pay?
By SEPA Direct Debit or iDEAL.
Is it really unlimited?
Yes. Events, guests, check-ins, staff and roles are all uncapped. €49 a month is the whole price.
Can I run more than one venue?
Yes. People and roles are per venue on one account. See Group pricing below, or book a demo.
Is my data locked in?
No. You can export your data yourself, any time. Owners and finance see everything, and removed guests stay in the history.
Can I cancel whenever?
Yes. It's month to month. Cancel and you keep read access to your history.
