Every change on record.
Every name added, changed, checked in or refused is recorded with who did it and when. Nobody can switch that off, and removed guests stay in the history. The owner always sees the full picture.
Quotas that hold.
Everyone on the team gets a set number of spots. "John +2" counts as 3. When someone's spots are used up, they ask an admin for more in the app, and that is recorded too.

No passwords to leak
Your team logs in with a code sent by email. Switch on two-factor login for the roles you choose. If someone leaves or loses their phone, you log them out remotely.

A name is all you need. Guest details are anonymised automatically after a period you set, 12 months by default. A data processing agreement is available.
